A Christian Marriage is a tri-fold union between a husband and wife with God at the center.  We welcome all who want to be married in a sacred ceremony.  If you wish to arrange a wedding at Tipp City United Methodist Church, we invite you to first contact the Administrative Assistant in the church office to begin the process of securing the church.  Our wedding coordinator will guide you through the planning as arrangements are made for your Marriage Preparation Classes and securing one of our clergy to officiate your service.  We strive to offer some tools to equip you for greater fulfillment in your marriage.

Baptism: is a way in which everyone can experience God's love. Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist so that others would know that He was God's son. Baptism is symbolized by water, which reminds us of cleansing. In baptism, we celebrate the fact that we are cleansed and accepted by God through grace. At Tipp City United Methodist Church we offer sprinkling and submersion baptisms for all ages. A pre-baptism conversation and orientation must be held with one of our clergy. No one wants to talk about death and funerals. Unfortunately, death is a fact of life and there simply is no way to avoid it. For indeed there is a "time to be born and a time to die." Through a funeral, we pay our last respects and celebrate the life of a departed loved one. If you wish to make funeral arrangements for your loved one at Tipp City United Methodist Church, we invite you to first contact the Administrative Assistant (link to email) in the church office to begin the process. Our Administrative Assistant will help to guide you through the process and also put you in contact with one of our clergy.
